We will convert your tape(s) to MPEG-4 file(s) on disc and for you to download. What is on your tape(s), DVD(s), slides, photos, or negatives will be in your files. Slides should be removed from trays and carousels. Your photos should be removed from their frames and albums. Turnaround time is 5-10 business days depending on quantity and equipment availability. Your original(s) are returned along with your files on a data CD or DVD disc(s). We add classical background music to your slide and photo slideshows. Your slides and photos are kept in tact and not taken apart to scan. All slides are air dusted before scanning. Improper cleaning can cause damage.
Your files are returned on a data CD\DVD disc in a paper sleeve with a hand written reference. A password will be sent to your user-id or email for you to download your files. The contents of your tapes/discs/slides/negatives/photos is yours and we respect your right to privacy. Any tape, photo, slide, negative, etc. deemed for mature viewing only, will be processed like all others. Please, no copyrighted material with this auction. We ship only to your Paypal address in the U.S. lower 48 states AK and HI.
We'll convert your home movies, company party or training videos, etc.
No refund will be given on tapes that arrive in poor condition, play poorly, track poorly, may be blank, broken, or do not play in our equipment. They will be processed like all others and all charges will apply. Read our full Policy here.
